Understanding workflows

A workflow is the movement of an issue through various statuses during its lifecycle. There are three default workflows to suit different issue type:

  • Bug and patch
  • Change and feature request
  • Task and support request

Depending on your level of access, you may not see all workflow actions in BTS. Each of these are described by a diagram below. Click the image to enlarge the workflow diagram.
