Manage your profile
Your BTS profile is where you specify your settings (e.g. your password, e-mail address, and the format in which you would like to receive e-mail notifications). It also contains useful links to a number of personalized reports.
To view your BTS user profile, click your username at the top-right of the page. Your profile is divided into two areas (denoted by tabs on the left-hand side of the screen): Summary and Roadmap.
The Summary tab contains information about your BTS account, including contact information, preferences, and open assignments.
The Roadmap tab compiles a report per project. Select a project from the drop-down menu and you can see a quick overview of the issues you've been assigned and your progress. Click the 'View global road map' link to see an overview of all issues in the project.

Full Name | The name associated with the account. |
Password | Change your BTS password. |
Remember My Login | The 'Clear All Tokens' link deletes cookies associated with BTS from your browser. |
Groups | The groups you are a part of, that defines your level of access on BTS. |

Email Type | Format you prefer for outgoing emails. |
Language | Default language for the BTS interface (requires sysadmin installation). |
Time Zone | Time zone used for marking activity in BTS. |
My Changes | Set when you want email notifications for changes you've made in BTS. |
Sharing | Set whether you want to share your dashboards and filters by default. |
Keyboard Shortcuts | Toggle on/off keyboard shortcuts. |
Autowatch | Set whether you wish to watch issues based on your participation. |
Your recent activity
Your profile also includes an Activity Stream which shows your most recent actions and comments on BTS issues. BTS can format this stream as an RSS feed, which you can subscribe to for closer monitoring of your activities.
Filter your issues
Filtering issues can be confusing. Your profile has a great set of built-in filters that can help you find what issues your are involved in.
Your assigned issues are displayed in your profile, separated by project, in a section called Assigned Issues per Project.
For more sorting, click an option in the Filters drop-down. This will take you the Issue Navigator, pre-sorted by one of the following options:
- Assigned [to me]
- Assigned [to me] & Open
- Assigned [to me] & In Progress
- Reported
- Reported & Open
- Watched
- Watched & Open
